9.1 If any of these terms (or any part(s) thereof) are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9.2 Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Participation Terms and Conditions.

9.3 These Participation Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and Atrium Games and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9.4 No variation to these Participation Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Atrium Games.
