5.1 No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled by participants. Subject to Atrium Games receiving a request for reallocation of a booking to another time, at least 24 hours before the starting time of the original booking, they may at their discretion attempt to reallocate a booking. Any requests for reallocation must be made by contacting Atrium Games with full details at bookings@thetotem.co.uk.

5.2 Atrium Games shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event Atrium Games decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund or reallocation in the event of cancellation by Atrium Games. Customers are asked to check on the website for information on cancellations at their booked site.

5.3 In the event it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of Atrium Games and, in circumstances where you or your party have commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Atrium Games may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times.
