3.1 The Activities comprise a challenging experience for most partcipants. Whilst reasonable care is taken by Atrium Games for the safety of participants, the Activities are inherently dangerous and there is a risk of injury or death. All participants will receive detailed safety training from an instructor prior to participation.

3.2 Atrium Games reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it be reasonable to do so, (including, without limitation, a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice, the safety systems in place or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs).

3.3 The Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance. By agreeing to these Participation Terms and Conditions participants are certifying that they do not suffer from any medical condition which is likely to increase the risk of injury to themselves or others. Due to the physical nature of the Activities, Atrium Games recommends that pregnant women should not take part.

3.4 After the safety briefing participants will be supervised by an instructor.

3.5 A Youth Participation Agreement must be signed on behalf of participants under the age of 16. This agreement must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian or by an adult authorised by the child's parent or legal guardian. One authorised adult may sign on behalf of more than one child. An authorised adult must stay in attendance at the Atrium Games site whilst children covered by their authorisation are participating in any of the Activities.

3.6 In order to participate in the Activities, all participants must be reasonably fit and healthy, a minimum of 1.2 metres tall and must weigh less than 20.5 stones/130kg. It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure that all members of their party meet these requirements.

3.7 All participants are required to wear a safety harness provided by Atrium Games and fitted by an instructor. Where a participant cannot be safely fitted to an available harness, participation may be denied.

3.8 Spectacles must be removed or secured prior to commencement of the Activities.

3.9 All participants must act responsibly and courteously at all times and must respect other participants. Atrium Games shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.

3.10 Participants must be dressed appropriately (see clause 4) and Atrium Games reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities to any participant who is not appropriately dressed.

3.11 No refunds or compensation will be payable by Atrium Games in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities, for the reasons set out in this clause.
