2.1 Participants must produce a relevant booking receipt in writing prior to commencement of Activities sessions. Such written receipt will take the form of an email confirmation, printed Atrium Games ticket or written Atrium Games booking confirmation.

2.2 All particpants must sign a Participation Agreement except individuals under the age of 16 who must have a Youth Participation Agreement signed on their behalf by a parent, guardian or other authorised adult (see clause 3.5).

2.3 Atrium Games shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that all Activities sessions bookings commence at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive promptly at their booked start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
